Carol Reza, Founder of Bridge of Faith, declared WINNER of the 2008 Community Service Award for the John Greenleaf Whittier Chapter National Society, competing against eight other Division winners and two International winners. The winner will be announced at the DAR 117th Continental Congress in Washington, DC, in July.
